CHEWS Happiness Guarantee Policy
Here at Chews we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a happiness guarantee policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a refund or store credit.
The nitty gritty:
- Unused & unopened items
If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund! Contact us at email@example.com if you wish to return your item and we will supply you with a shipping label for free.
- Open/Used Items
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund open or used items.
If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we may be able to offer troubleshooting options or alternatively arrange an exchange/refund.
Customers are liable for any postage return charges unless we deem the goods to be faulty or broken. Unfortunately we cannot receive any claims after 30 days of you receiving your goods.
Unclaimed: if you fail to collect your item from the post office it will be returned to our head office. We will contact you as soon as possible to reorganise shipping
Any unclaimed/returned parcels that you would prefer to have refunded instead of shipped will be done free of charge.
