Incredibly disappointed in the customer service!! My last order did not arrive, I have made multiple attempts (lodged and online enquiry, sent a message via the chat and sent an email) to advise the company that my order hasn't arrived, no one has bothered to contact me back,my chat message to this day has not been read. The worst customer service I have ever received. I have cancelled my subscription and will find something else!!!!

Different shape and taste to original tooth chews. They do the trick but they're more menthol to taste.

I was disappointed to find out that the company no longer offers the old glass 3-month refill as this was one of the only Australian plastic-free toothpaste I could find. When I tried this new plastic option I was disappointed by the quality of the tooth chews as they have since changed. Although the plastic 3 month refill does save more plastic it was still a disappointing change. Overall, I think the new chews are average but still good as it reduces the plastic but would prefer the glass jars

The best tooth tabs I've tried. However probably on the too strong side for the mint for me and this batch is a lot more frothy (too much) than the previous batch I got.

I noted that in my last order the 'furriness' is from the menthol. I find the peppermint, menthol flavour is very strong. Can it be reduced? May help in reducing furriness in storage and allow the 'just-spit' technique for the Fl2 effect to linger. May also help younger people cope with a less stronger taste

Best tooth tablets. I have tried a few brands of tooth tablets and these are the best I have found. Perfectly minty and foamy and great that they contain fluoride so you know you are protecting your teeth. Australian made too, can’t get any better than that.

The dosage, the foaming, the taste and the results from the tabs are perfect.
I especially appreciate that there is no SLS (prone to mouth ulcers) and that there is added fluoride!
I will never be switching back to toothpaste from a tube. It feels great that I am not contributing to plastic waste with my dental hygiene.

I think my teeth are cleaner, chewing it seems to get into the gaps as well. Fantastic product. Although I hope there will be a family bundle one day.
